Disc palm oil centrifuge separator is a centrifuge separator with self-cleaning,mainly used for the separation of the palm oil, water and residue in the pressed mixture and also for the separation and concentration of the similar mixture of liquid-liquid-solid three phases.

The disc palm oil centrifuge separator is of satisfactory efficiency in separation, high purity in the liquid phase, and low ligLD-phase resided in the solid after separation. The centrifuge separator has taken the most important place in the separation operation of processing palm oil.

Operation Flow chart:

Operation of pumpkin seed oil press machine

1. Prepare raw materials.

2. Adjust the machine, i.e. checking electricity, beginning heating (if it is cold pressing,heating is not needed.)

3. Open the machine, put seeds into the flow box.

4. Seeds flow into the screw bolt, the pressing begins.

5.The crude oil is out of the squeezing bolt, flowing through the board into the vacuum filter for filtration.

6. The oil flow out from the bottom of pipe and the pressing is finished.

7. To make sure the material is well-pressed, you can put the oil cake to the screw oil press for second pressing.

--If one drum is full it would change to use the other and automatically put the oil out of the drum.

--Before pressing, some parts of the oil press machine such as the press chamber, press screw and press ring will be pre-heated.
