Main oilseeds process

1.Cleaning
In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen wasused in the process to separate big and small impurity.
Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic separation equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron impurities.
Dust removing wind net is installed.

2. Flaking

3. Cooking
This process is heating and cooking for rapeseed which is easy to separate of oil and can provide the oil quantity from
pre-press machine. It is easy to operate and have long life.

4. Oil press machine
These oil mill can process a number of oilseeds lLD peanut, soya, cotton seeds sunflower seeds, corn germ, rape seeds, canola, castor, sesame, neem seed, sheanut, palm kernel and the lLD. The most important equipment in the entire milling / pressing process is oil expellers which are used for high oil content seeds and also used for smaller capacity oil production plant.
