What's the peanut oil production line?

1.Peeling, the peanut with shell, we can use a dehuller to remove the husk of the peanut.

2.Detaching, after peeling the shell, it conclude peanut husk and peaut kernel, we can deperate the kernel from it.

3).Crusher, the crushing is to ensure the high oil extraction rate.

4).Cooking, cooking pot can fry the peanut kernel into good condition.

5.Pressing, use a screw oil press machine can get oil from peanut kernel.

6).Prepressing, before being solvent extracted, it should be prepressed, to get some crude oil first, then solvent extract the cake.

7).Solvent extracting, the peanut cake which has an oil yield of 10% around. it shall be solvent extracted to get the oil thorough. During this passage, the solvent will also be recycled, and you can get more oil.
