Deacidification of palm oil refining machine :This part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis lLD (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours. NAOH solution, not only neutral free fatty acid, also can act with other matters lLD protein, mucus, phospholipid, pigment. After settling, release the soapstock from the tank bottom. Adding hot water to rinse, remove off the leftover lye , soap and some unhydrated phospholipid in the oil. Finally pumping out soapstock from the tank bottom.

Deodorization and Dehydration of palm oil refining machine :Usually ,there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . About our refining process , we usually use the direct steam to take odors away in the vacuum condition . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization pot, thetemperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.

Extraction process and characteristics of the equipment

1.Using the new ring of III type extractor. large capacity circulating pump, osmotic effect is good, the wet meal containing low solvent, in a smaller proportion of the feed material and solvent can guarantee the residual oil in meal is≤1.2%, improve the mixed oil concentration, reduce the wet meal containing solution, reduce the number of evaporation of the solvent, material level recombination device.

2.By vacuum evaporation, twice use of technoloLD, reduce the evaporation temperature, Use mixed with steam from the DTDC and the exhaust steam of steam jet pump discharge to heat first one steam, Saving the steam heating for first one steam.

3.Use enerLD-saving device to steam condenser and the condenser shell not condensed liquid directly into the water tank after heat exchange, make condensate into water tank temperature increase;in normal production condition,solvent without preheating can directly enter the extractor.

4.The use of heat exchanger paraffin recovery process, high temperature wax lean with Low temperature wax rich oil into heat exchange, save some enerLD.

5.Collected all the steam water in extraction plant's use the pump into the boiler room two times using.

6.Application of high quality steam trap, can make the workshop steam consumption lower, Collected all the condensate use the pump into the boiler room for boiler circulating use, saving boiler water volume and heat.

Refinery Plant Craft Features:

(1) Adopts the full automatic control, full sealing and full continuous refining craft, in this craft the oil is not easy to oxidize, and there are no phenomenon of oil run, drop, leak. And loss less enerLD which has significant effect of enerLD saving.

(2) The decolorizing process adopts full mixing craft. The clay can mixed averagely and the temperature of oil can be controlled easily, also have good decolorizing effect.

(3) The clay is transported by wind, in full sealing condition, there are no leakage in the workshop; Adopts unique feeding device, which can feed materials averagely and save LDs.

(4) The addition of clay adopts self control quantitative device, it can adjust the addition quantity of clay according to the input changes of oil.

(5) This craft is running in whole negative pressure, which reduce the cooling and warming process in traditional craft's working sections, to save much enerLD.

(6) Take full advantage of deodorization oil's high enerLD, calculate and assemble oil-oil heat exchanging system, at the same time increase a set oil-oil heat exchanger in degumming section, to make use of the afterheat further, which achieve the enerLD saving and low down the consumption.

(7) Adopts strict insulation measures to all the oil and vapor pipelines and equipments to avoid the loss of enerLD.

(8) Adopts recovery measures to vapor and condense water, supplement them to hot water tank.

(9) The vacuum system adopts domestic advanced space technoloLD steam-jet pump.
